Kitchen Activities for Kids

Try out these daily kitchen Activities with your little one and get your little one helping around the house. These kitchen Activities are great for children in ages 2,3 and 4. They have better coordination and concentration. From these activities, they will develop their gross motor and fine motor skills.

Today we are going to do teach three activities.

  1. CHOPPING FOODS
It’s fairly easy to use and it can slice through soft foods like
    Berries🫐
    Cucumbers 🥒
    Potatoes 🥔
    Melon 🍉
    Apple 🍎 and etc.

Set your toddler up with a cutting board, show them how to use it, and help along the way if needed. (Use crinkle cutter)
  2. WASHING
Give to wash fruits, Vegetable plates, cups, mugs and etc.
  3. SWEEPING UP
You can use a little toddler-sized broom or a hand-held dustpan for this activity. Sweeping up messes is a great toddler activity.

Sure, they might not always be 100% accurate in their efforts, but it’s so rewarding for them to be able to try!

I’D LOVE TO HEAR WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO WITH YOUR KIDS IN THE KITCHEN, SO PLEASE COMMENT BELOW TO SHARE!
